July Event: Co-Working Day
Our next She Supports Her Co-working Day is happening on Tuesday, 7th July, and it’s the perfect excuse to step away from the daily admin to focus on the bigger picture. Come to get your head down, bounce ideas around, and get inspired by the other brilliant businesses in the room.
The Details:
📅 When: Tuesday, 7th July | 09:30 – 14:30
📍 Where: The Garden Room at The Market Tavern
☕ The Vibe: Completely flexible – come for as little or as long as you like. Refreshments are provided, and you can grab lunch onsite, nearby, or bring your own.
⚠️ Heads up: Because the Garden Room is a cosy space, numbers are strictly limited so we can keep the energy intentional and collaborative.
Come for the whole morning or drop in when you can, this space is designed to work around your life, not the other way around.
Refreshments and pastries will be waiting for you.
This Month:
Our Expert: Caroline Dearlove
Beyond the Business Card invites you to get curious about who you are beneath the roles you play and the work you do. Because the biggest dreams take root when they grow from a deep and honest knowing of yourself.
Across three short sections, Caroline will inspire you to ask some of the most important questions you can ask yourself, not as a group exercise, but as a personal moment of reflection just for you. Each section ends with a journal prompt and a few minutes of private writing time.
Expect to leave with more clarity about who you really are, what you stand for, and the legacy you are already building, one ordinary day at a time.
Member Spotlight: A chance to showcase your products and services to the entire group.
Real Talk: A chance to put to the group anything you’re struggling with at the moment. It might be a piece of tech that you can’t get to work, or a name for a new product that you cant quite pindown. We’re here to help!
Connection: Plenty of time to meet and connect with other like-minded business women from the local area!

What She Supports Her Networking Events Are All About
A networking space that feels like a deep breath out.
Calm, connected conversations
Evolving relationships built on genuine connection
A supportive, skills‑sharing community
Visibility for women founders and creatives
A place to ask, offer, learn, and be seen
She Supports Her is a curated space for women who run their own small businesses. Our conversations are grounded in the realities of self‑employment… The creativity, the courage, and the occasional chaos that comes with building something of your own.
For that reason, this event isn’t designed for corporate representatives or employees attending on behalf of larger organisations.
If you’d like to bring business cards, leaflets, or anything you’d love others to take away, there’ll be a shared table for you to pop them on.
Why This Matters
Because running a business can feel lonely – even when you love it.
Because connection fuels confidence.
Because women thrive when they’re seen, supported, and surrounded by others who get it.
Because your business deserves a community that lifts you, not drains you.
